Fall Camp Out Congress will be a fantastic Fall event at Camp Kaleo!

There will be camping, the Bible & Mission Bowl, Bible Drill, RA/Challengers Track Meet, exciting worship, and tons of fun.

Cost for the Camp Out Congress is $30 per person to stay in a cabin or $25 per person to camp out. Price includes program fee, a limited accident insurance, breakfast and lunch. Note: Insurance requires that a Child Protection Form MUST be completed for each group of adult chaperones — submit form with registration. Parents should also sign a Minor Photo Release Form for all State RA/Challengers events at Camp Kaleo, in the event pictures may be used for publications. (See forms on¬line or in RA/Challengers Activity Packet). Cabins are assigned on a first come, first served basis, so register early. The deadline to register is Friday, October 26, 2012. After the deadline there is a $5.00 fee per person added for late registration. Fees are NONREFUNDABLE, but they can be transferred to another person from your church. Check¬in begins at 5:00 PM, and the program begins at 8:30 PM. The Camp Out Congress will be dismissed on Saturday at 2:00 PM.

Upon registering, each chapter will receive the Qualifying Questions for the Bible and Mission Bowl. The questions are to be answered and turned in at the on¬site registration area on Saturday morning by 8:15 a.m. Those Qualifying Questions are also available on¬line at www.ga¬ra.org. Bible Bowl and Track Meet rules are on¬line and in the “Young Men & Boys Ministries” Handbook. Sources for the questions asked during the Bowl will be the Book of John and the Qualifying Questions on¬line. There will be a Bowl for Lads, Crusaders, and Challengers.

Please Note: Individual and Chapter Projects activities and awards have now been eliminated from Campout Congress, and no project registration form is required.
